Whether it was competitive cheerleading or just running around with friends in the summer, I was pretty active growing up. However, I soon got into an unhealthy physical and mental state which also led me into an unhealthy relationship with exercising and nutrition. I knew I needed to make a change. So I did, which is how I fell in love with everything fitness. After spending multiple years in a “globo gym”, I found myself bored and not getting the workouts I needed.

Then came CrossFit.


The first time I entered a CrossFit box, my view on fitness definitely changed, in fact, CrossFit changed my life. The workouts were giving me the intensity I wanted, and on top of all that- the community is what made me feel at home. I stopped worrying about a number on a scale, instead I was focusing on how I was feeling and how much fun I was having! Each day I wanted to become stronger, faster, and better than I was yesterday. 


I have always had a passion for helping others, and I want to help people feel the same way I do. In a world full of obesity and diseases, I want to reverse those symptoms and diseases, just by helping people move and become active. I want to help them feel welcomed in a fitness atmosphere, I want to help people focus on bettering themselves, and enjoying the process. I want people to see the results that they want to see, and overall, I just want to see people become healthier and happier!  I will show people that they can enjoy the work they put in to reach their goals. It's a journey for everyone, but once you find your home, nothing can top it. 


I aim to inspire others and let them know they are not alone on their journey. I want to help individuals reach their goals- whether thats running a mile faster than before, getting their first muscle up, or getting that deadlift PR. When people see their hard work pay off, that’s when something clicks.. It makes them happy and keeps them coming back for more- it’s addicting, but that’s the kind of addiction we need today. 


Fitness is more than just exercising, it changes your whole world in many different aspects. I have experienced that first hand, and want to help you experience that as well.
